Lesson & Cancellation Policy

◆ All lessons are on a first come first served basis, until an agreed time slot is available. This will then become your slot until you notify me otherwise. All slots are subject to change.

◆ If you cancel a lesson without giving at least 48 hours notice, or don't show up for your scheduled time, you will have to pay the full amount for the lesson.

◆ Cancellations or reschedules must be by phone, not email.

◆ The start time of your lesson is your allocation. If you are late, I may not be able to overrun to make up the hour.

◆ If you are unable to attend your allotted time slot for more than 2 consecutive lessons, or you frequently cancel lessons, I may have to allocate your slot to someone else.
